Neil has led numerous based events looking at the Civil Service Success Profiles’ (the basis of applications for roles and promotions into and within the UK Civil Service). 

Since COVID he has delivered sessions remotely and in person for Civil Service Departments across the UK including Cabinet Office, Home Office, NICS, DWP and HMRC. 

He has also delivered sessions for members of the FDA trade union (which represents Civil Servants) and for local job seekers in partnership with ‘Destination Ball Hill’ and Coventry City Council Job Shop. 

This event in Coventry is a brief look at what the Civil Service asks for when it advertises roles . The session focuses on the ‘Civil Service Success Profiles’ used in applications and at interview at all levels. You will look at how to draft behaviour-based examples for application and interview and will also consider the use of ‘Strengths’ at Interview. 

This is an interactive event for a small group offering hints, tips, and information. It is of interest to all who want to gain a better insight into how they can optimise their chances when applying for Civil service roles at all levels.
